Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cost planning, budgeting, tendering, and procurement strategy.

  • Manage client relationships and provide high-level commercial advice.

  • Oversee contract administration, valuations, and risk management.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and design consultants.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with governance, QA, and health & safety standards.
What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.

  • Proven track record in leading projects from early design through to completion.

  • Excellent English communication (French is a strong asset).

  • A degree in cost management, quantity surveying, or a RICS-accredited field.
  • Confidence in managing clients, stakeholders, and junior team members.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
