L'Operations Manager dispose d'une vision stratégique au sein de Flatsy.
Si tu nous rejoins, tu disposeras d'une vision 360° de notre activité et seras en contact de toutes les équipes : Sales, Ops, Marketing, Produit, Tech
Tu auras 2 grands objectifs :
Faire grandir notre panel d'agents de visite indépendants,
Assurer un suivi et une gestion de qualité de leurs missions,
Tes missions :
Staffing de nos agents de visite :
Maître de l'agenda et de l'organisation → tu seras responsable du staffing de nos agents de visites sur les biens qui nous sont confiés par nos clients,
Tu optimiseras ta flotte d'agents de visites sur un secteur géographique définit,
Suivi de nos agents de visite :
Tu aideras au pilotage des coûts opérationnels,
Tu assureras une gestion de qualité, (nous avons une moyenne de 4,9/5 de nos agents par les visiteurs )
Tu seras force de proposition pour fidéliser et faire croitre notre communauté d'agents,
Support :
Tu pourras résoudre des problématiques terrain : analyser toutes les données disponibles afin d'aider à la prise de décisions opérationnelles stratégiques,
Tu seras en relation directe avec notre réseau d'agents de visite pour répondre à leurs besoins et pouvoir trouver des solutions à toute problématique identifiée
Tu travailleras également main dans la main avec l'équipe CSM et CSR pour t'aider dans ta montée en compétence et dans la réalisation de tes missions.
