IRL Apps est un studio mobile qui crée des applications pour rapprocher les gens dans la vraie vie. Nos apps, utilisées chaque jour par des millions de personnes, figurent parmi les meilleures de leur catégorie.

Le contexte

Pour faire évoluer notre produit, nous devons accélérer le développement et la qualité de l'expérience mobile.

Aujourd'hui, tout le développement est porté par un CTO fondateur et un CPO fondateur, responsables :

  • Du frontend Flutter
  • Du backend
  • De l'infrastructure, sécurité, etc.
  • Et de la scalabilité produit
  • De la scalabilité produit et du temps réel (uWebSockets)

La croissance actuelle d'une de nos apps nécessite de renforcer notre capacité à shipper vite tout en maintenant une expérience fiable et performante.

La gestion

Le point clé est simple :

Notre app Flutter doit évoluer rapidement grâce à une forte polyvalence technique et une utilisation de l'IA pour gagner en efficacité.

Cela implique : nouvelles fonctionnalités, dette technique, performance mobile, développement backend, WebSockets, qualité UI/UX…

Toutes ces missions sont centrales dans le pôle tech & produit.

Le rôle

Vous travaillerez au quotidien avec le CTO sur la majorité du cycle produit mobile.

Concrètement, vous serez responsable de :

  • Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur Flutter / Dart
  • Développement backend en / TS
  • Intégration avec nos API, infrastructure cloud (AWS, Firebase,… ) et WebSockets temps réel
  • Améliorer la stabilité, les performances et la qualité du code
  • Traiter les bugs de production sur iOS & Android
  • Contribuer aux choix techniques et à la vision produit
  • Utiliser l'IA pour accélérer le développement et augmenter l'impact

Vous serez progressivement formé(e) à notre stack complète.

Selon les performances et la croissance de l'équipe, vous pourrez évoluer vers un rôle de Lead Engineer sur un projet stratégique.

Le profil parfait

  • Basé physiquement à Paris
  • Bon niveau Flutter & Dart
  • Solide compréhension de JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Intérêt pour le backend ), les systèmes temps réel (WebSockets), et la scalabilité
  • À l'aise avec les outils IA (Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, etc.)
  • Autonome, rapide, orienté(e) résultat
  • Forte capacité d'apprentissage et envie de toucher à tout
