  • The Fleet & LCV Business Manager is responsible for managing strategic partnerships with car manufacturers (OEMs). His/her goal is to align business strategies with the brands to maximize profitability and overall business efficiency.
  • He/she reports to the Head of Fleet Sales LeaseCo.MAIN MISSIONS : Fleet OEM Partnership Management:
    •Develop and maintain strategic relationships with automotive manufacturers (OEMs) focused on the fleet business.
    •Establish joint initiatives to create exclusive offers aligned with the OEMs' vehicle lineups.
    •Monitor new products and innovations from OEMs to adjust and enhance the service offering.Business Efficiency:
    •Analyze sales performance in terms of margin, cost, and customer/network satisfaction.
    •Set up financial and commercial performance indicators to track revenue by country and campaign, and turn this data into operational benchmarks.
    •Recommend corrective actions in case of underperformance related to margin, cost, or customer/network satisfaction.
    •Present results to executive teams and suggest strategic recommendations PROFILE :Education:
    Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management and/or Automotive business.Experience:
    •Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term rental and/or B2B financing.Skills:
    •Strong knowledge of OEM strategies and the B2B automotive market.
    •Ideally familiar with CRM and BI tools.
    •Excellent negotiation skills with strategic partners.
    •Analytical mindset to identify profit drivers.
    •Fluent in English. Spanish or German appreciatedPersonal Qualities:

    •Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
    •Team player with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
    •Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
