We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is composed of over 100 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to write Yepoda's story actively.

We're looking for a Sales & Training Area Manager (m/f/d) to join our Retail team and play a key role in driving Yepoda's in-store success across Sephora Europe. You'll be responsible for monitoring performance, ensuring brand standards, coaching store teams, executing training programs, and fostering strong retail partnerships to elevate customer experience and grow our business across key markets.

Your Tasks
  • Visit Sephora stores regularly across Europe (mainly France, Spain, Italy, and the UK) to monitor performance, ensure brand standards, and analyze key retail KPIs

  • Steer sales performance in your region and measure the impact of all actions implemented to continuously improve sell-out results

  • Build and deploy localized action plans in collaboration with store teams to boost conversion and performance

  • Act as the preferred business partner for Sephora store teams, ensuring operational excellence and effective collaboration

  • Strengthen relationships with retail partners by maintaining regular contact with store management and amplifying engagement through tailored support

  • Ensure brand consistency in-store, including stock levels, merchandising, visibility, and implementation of trade offers

  • Support, coach, and develop sales advisors, ensuring high-quality service and deep product knowledge

  • Manage field staff schedules aligned with store needs, performance data, and activation calendars

  • Negotiate and coordinate local training actions with store directors and propose tailored training plans based on store performance

  • Lead and execute in-store, seasonal, and virtual training sessions, cultivating strong product and selling knowledge among advisors

  • Coordinate training materials, logistics, and reporting in collaboration with internal teams

  • Analyze store performance, identify root causes of challenges, and implement solutions to improve sales and service outcomes

Your Profile
  • 3–5 years of experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry in a retail or operations management role

  • Strong understanding of sell-out drivers in omnichannel retail, with proven analytical and commercial acumen

  • Experience working with or within Sephora stores (brand or floor management experience preferred)

  • Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging content

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience managing field teams remotely

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and collaboration with retail partners

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; capable of creating clear, data-driven reports

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Fluent in English and French; Italian or Spanish is a strong plus

  • Based in Paris with frequent travel (approximately four days per week)

What Success Looks Like
  • 30 days: Fully onboarded, aligned with Yepoda's retail strategy, and familiar with Sephora store network and KPIs

  • 90 days: Strong relationships built with Sephora store teams, first training sessions delivered, and early sales improvements visible

  • 1 year: Consistent sell-out growth across regions, high engagement from store teams, and elevated brand presence in all key markets
