Position Summary
Responsible for expanding Concept Medical's presence in Europe by driving sales and market penetration of
Drug-Eluting Stents (DES)
and
Drug-Coated Balloons (DCB)
. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing distributor networks, and building strong relationships with hospitals and cardiologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and market share targets for DES and DCB.
- Identify and onboard distributors or direct accounts across assigned European territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and procurement authorities.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and business performance reporting.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to support product registrations and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with EU-MDR and MedTech Europe ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical / Life Sciences / Business.
- 8+ years
of experience in
medical device sales
, preferably in
interventional cardiology
(DES/DCB). - Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, tender processes, and distributor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
