Dimension Ressources Humaines
- Être le point de contact RH local pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs du bureau de Paris.
- Gérer et superviser l'onboarding, l'offboarding et l'ensemble du cycle de vie collaborateur.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Partners et équipes Global Business Services pour accompagner l'engagement, la performance et le développement des talents.
- Garantir la conformité avec le droit du travail français, les règles du Barreau de Paris et les politiques internes.
- Déployer localement les initiatives RH globales (Business Partnering, rémunération et avantages, recrutement, Inclusion & Diversity, Learning & Development).
- Coordonner avec le People Services Hub pour assurer une gestion RH fluide et structurée.
Dimension Operations & Office Management
- Organiser les événements internes, réunions et initiatives d'engagement.
- Superviser et accompagner la fonction Personal Assistant afin d'assurer un support fluide aux équipes juridiques et aux Associés.
- Travailler en lien avec les équipes Legal, Risk & Compliance pour assurer un haut niveau de contrôle et de conformité.
- Agir comme facilitateur entre les différentes équipes support et les équipes locales.
Assurer la bonne tenue des process, documentation et obligations administratives.
Expérience solide en
Ressources Humaines
, idéalement acquise au sein d'un
cabinet d'avocats
ou d'un environnement exigeant et international.- Forte crédibilité opérationnelle, sens du service et posture de partenaire stratégique.
- Haut niveau de confidentialité, professionnalisme et leadership humain.
- Excellente capacité à coordonner, fédérer et accompagner les équipes.
- Anglais courant indispensable.
