Your Mission

As a key player in our team, you'll contribute to automating and optimizing document workflows for our clients. Your role will include:

  • Automating document generation using our internal platforms.

  • Designing and maintaining pre-built templates, contributing to a robust and scalable template gallery.

  • Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy across data and document outputs.

  • Documenting and escalating feedback, helping improve our product and internal processes.

  • Managing client requests throughout the implementation process to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Providing occasional real-time technical guidance via chat when needed, ensuring clients receive clear and efficient support.

  • Taking on additional responsibilities aligned with your strengths and interests to broaden your impact.
