Missions principales

1. Développement commercial

· Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients grands comptes stratégiques.

· Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein des comptes existants.

· Élaborer des propositions commerciales sur mesure en lien avec les équipes techniques et marketing.

2. Relation client & fidélisation

· Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients grands comptes.

· Assurer un suivi régulier des projets et garantir la satisfaction client.

· Mettre en place des plans d'action pour renforcer la fidélité et la récurrence.

· Assurer la représentation des grands comptes dans le club utilisateur Cyberwatch.

3. Pilotage de la performance

· Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, POC, Démonstration, marge, taux de transformation).

· Participer à la définition des objectifs commerciaux et assurer leur atteinte.

· Réaliser un reporting régulier à la direction.

4. Collaboration transverse

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes customer success et technique pour accompagner le portefeuille de grand compte.

· Participer aux comités de pilotage client et aux revues de comptes.
