Explore your future career 

Join our Commercial Planning & Transformation department to optimize our commercial engine. As a Resource Planning Expert, you will own the data analysis and workforce planning for our Sales and Account Management segments.

Your mission is to ensure we have the right people in the right places, utilizing data-driven insights to balance client portfolios and simulate the financial impact of our organizational growth

• Optimize client portfolios to guarantee fair and balanced territories that maximize our global revenue potential.
• Build dynamic capacity models to forecast headcount needs based on growth targets, ramp-up times, and productivity assumptions.
• Manage the model for Account Manager (AM) load across different segments to ensure healthy workload distribution at all times.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for various strategic initiatives led by the Planning & Transformation department.
• Coordinate as the primary bridge between Finance, HR, and commercial leaders during headcount planning cycles.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
• Native level in English very well to effectively present complex insights to our international leadership team.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools 
• Proven expertise in project management

• First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have minutes)
• Interview with your future manager, Jihane, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role minutes)
• Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by one of the Commercial leaders in order to assess your technical skills
• Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt's long-term vision
