En tant que Operations & CSM Associate, tu joueras un rôle central dans la réalisation de notre mission : insuffler une dimension plus humaine et conversationnelle au e-commerce grâce à WhatsApp. Tu seras au cœur du déploiement de notre solution chez les clients, en facilitant la mise en place d'échanges interactifs entre les e-commerçants et leurs clients.
Sous la responsabilité de la Lead CSM, ta mission principale sera de soutenir l'équipe CSM dans le déploiement de WhatsApp chez nos clients.
En rejoignant WAX à un moment clé de notre croissance, tu deviendras l'un des premiers collaborateurs de l'équipe. C'est une opportunité unique de plonger dans l'univers entrepreneurial et de contribuer activement à la construction d'un produit et d'une équipe.
Tes missions principales :1. Onboarding client
Tu accompagneras les Customer Success Managers dans le paramétrage de la plateforme et le lancement des premiers use cases. Tu participeras à la création de campagnes et de parcours personnalisés, adaptés aux besoins et à l'identité de chaque client.
2. Création de contenu
Tu seras chargé de produire des contenus pédagogiques et inspirants à destination de nos clients : guides produits, tutoriels, bibliothèques de templates de campagnes, études de cas, etc.
3. Support client
Tu répondras aux demandes entrantes des clients sur des sujets opérationnels, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue de nos process de support afin de garantir une expérience fluide et efficace.
4. Retours produits
Tu recueilleras les retours d'expérience de nos clients et formalisera les insights les plus pertinents pour nourrir la roadmap produit et contribuer à l'évolution continue de notre solution.
