As our next Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of the digital revolution, empowering industry leaders with Trimble's world-class BIM solutions. You will drive meaningful change by helping steel fabricators, precast concrete companies, MEP engineering and contractors or construction companies adopt innovative workflows that increase precision, safety, and sustainability across the entire building lifecycle.

What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the digital transformation of the French construction industry. You will have the unique opportunity to introduce market-leading software to new and existing customers, directly impacting how the world's most complex structures are planned and built.
Direct sales of the BIM software Tekla Structures, Trimble Connect, Trimble Nova, Stabicad and related solutions to stakeholders in the construction industry, such as steel fabricators, precast concrete companies or construction companies.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic Sales Plans based on Trimble's OKRs to drive significant revenue.
- Lead the Charge: Drive direct sales of BIM software Tekla Structures, Trimble Connect, Trimble Nova, Stabicad and related solutions to our customers across the French construction sector.
- Revenue Generation: Prospect opportunities to existing customers and acquire new accounts (new logos) to ensure overall and region-wise (France) sales targets are achieved.
- Customer Relationship Management: Liaise closely with and maintain business relationships with existing customers, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and ensuring their ongoing success.
- Captivate Audiences: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations, expertly navigating contract negotiations to close transformative deals. Attending industry events, conferences and customer events.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Be responsible for realistic sales forecasting, reporting sales funnels against performance, and maintaining a good pipeline of leads.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including lead generation, marketing, presales, support and customer success teams
Essential Skills & Experience
- SaaS Sales Pro: Proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, ideally within the BIM or construction technology space.
- Master Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills and the natural ability to build trustworthy, long-term professional relationships internally and externally.
- Goal-Oriented: A proactive self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the organizational discipline to manage activities within Salesforce.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent French and good English communication skills.
- Travel Requirement: Approximately 30%.
