About the Role

The position of IT Service Manager MID EU is newly established and will be responsible for executing and supporting our retail IT Operations and project rollouts in the Mid-EU region. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between local and global IT standards and supports the business through case management systems in collaboration with store and state management, as well as the global headquarters. The position is based at the Joe & The Juice FR headquarters in the centre of Paris and travel is expected on project basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute regional IT projects (e.g., network deployment, identity management, POS implementation, and IT security).
  • Deliver ongoing IT support for retail locations and office environments, including incident and service request handling.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, and global stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate to vendors and internal development teams, following defined product and support processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in IT service delivery and documentation.
  • Manage local IT vendors to support the business.
  • Support new store openings & refurbishments on IT infrastructure.
  • Manage store configurations for the Mid-EU portfolio across the various store-related platform

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support with hands-on network & POS experience from Retail. Experience working in ITSM-configured software such as JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, secure configurations & familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
