What do we do?
Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping shift behaviors towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.Electra constantly innovates to facilitate electric vehicle charging with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam,
Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030
; proud to participate in the energy transition in Europe.
In 4 years, we have:
- Deployed +500 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
- Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
- Opened several offices in France and Europe
- Raised over 1 billion euros in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
- Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
- Assembled a team of over 250 talents… and this is just the beginning

Your Missions
You'll join the
Business Strategy Team
, which combines strategic growth and operational excellence to accelerate network expansion and B2B growth across Europe.
The team supports all countries in defining and applying the expansion strategy and ensures expansion teams apply efficient processes and use the best tools to secure a high volume of high-quality sites.
The team takes a dual approach: 'boots on the ground' business support working closely with sales teams to provide reactive, practical assistance to local organizations, while simultaneously leading sales operations and expansion strategies through network and topline analyses, streamlined processes, and actionable data analytics.
You will also occasionally support the Energy Science Team in defining the best energy cost optimization strategies, whether it be for batteries or smart pricing.
Your responsibilities:
- Network performance and revenue analyses (pricing, promos, marketing campaigns)
- Qualitative site analyses for sales teams
- Data extraction and visualization (SQL, Omni data visualization tools) and business interpretation
- Structuring responses to tenders:
- Participation in strategic investment decisions (real estate committees)
- Participation in automating team processes and tools
- Ad hoc market studies (competitive analyses, market opportunities, etc.)
- Analyze margin impact of key energy projects (batteries, smart pricing)
Your Profile
- You are currently a student in engineering or business school in final year
- You are a rigorous, curious person with a desire to work in a team
- You have good synthesis and analytical skills
- You have a good level in Excel, particularly in data analysis.
- [Optional but valued] You master SQL or Python
- You know how to be autonomous in your tasks and prioritize
- You speak English and French fluently
- You are dynamic, like challenges and want to join a constantly evolving sector, this mission is for you
You are available from February/March 2026, for a duration of 6 months
in Lyon or Paris
