About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to expand our business across Europe. You will lead market entry strategies, build strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities, and drive cross-border projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute European market expansion plans.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, Chinese community experience is a bonus.
  • Lead cross-border projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams to support overseas product promotion and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade or related fields.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Proven success in entering and growing new markets, particularly in Europe.
  • Previous full-cycle overseas project experience is a plus.

Location & Note:

This is a long-term overseas role (expected in Barcelona, Spain; other European locations considered). Candidates must secure their own visa or hold an EU residence permit.

海外拓展/海外商务BD岗

岗位职责:

1、负责公司在欧洲市场的业务拓展,制定并实施市场进入策略;

2、建立并维护与当地政府、合作伙伴及客户的关系,推动业务合作;

3、识别潜在的商业机会,开拓欧洲的客户特别是华人客户;

4、组织并领导跨国项目,确保项目按时按质完成;

5、协调内部资源,支持海外市场的产品推广和销售活动。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易相关专业,流利的中文和英语沟通能力,其他欧洲语言为加分项;

2、具备出色的商务谈判技巧和商务拓展能力;

3、有成功开拓新市场的经验,尤其是在欧洲地区;

4、了解当地文化和商业环境,能够迅速融入并建立信任关系;

5、具有跨文化团队协作经验,能够在多元文化背景下工作;

6、有驻外0-1经验的优先考虑。

备注:该岗位需要长期驻外(预计是西班牙的巴塞罗那,如果有人在欧洲的其他地方也是可以考虑的),需要自己解决签证问题或者有欧盟绿卡,不能接受的请勿投递。
