Mailpool est une solution SaaS spécialisée dans la création et la gestion d'infrastructures de cold email. La plateforme simplifie la configuration de domaines, le DNS, la création d'inboxes et les intégrations avec les outils d'outreach (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.).
Mailpool s'adresse aux agences de lead generation, équipes commerciales et experts GTM qui souhaitent envoyer des campagnes à grande échelle tout en protégeant leur délivrabilité.
Notre objectif est clair
Devenir une référence de l'infrastructure cold email grâce à un produit fiable, une exécution rapide et un support très réactif.
Mailpool est en phase d'accélération et compte aujourd'hui plus de 3,000 clients.
LE POSTE
Nous recherchons un profil polyvalent, orienté marketing et growth, avec une forte capacité d'exécution, pour devenir le bras droit des fondateurs.
Le rôle est transverse, très proche du produit, du marketing et de la stratégie. Tu interviens là où l'impact est le plus fort, avec une grande autonomie.
TES MISSIONS
Stratégie et pilotage
• Travailler en lien direct avec les fondateurs sur la stratégie marketing et growth
• Analyser les performances d'acquisition et proposer des plans d'action clairs
• Participer à la structuration des priorités, des process et des outils
• Contribuer aux supports stratégiques, decks, analyses marché, positionnement
Growth et acquisition
• Concevoir, lancer et piloter des campagnes publicitaires multi plateformes
• Mettre en place et optimiser des campagnes d'outreach multicanal
• Définir et exécuter la stratégie SEO/GEO, briefs de contenu, opportunités de ranking
• Structurer les automatisations CRM et emailing
• Identifier, activer et suivre des partenariats et collaborations marketing
• Analyser les données, mesurer la performance et améliorer en continu
Opérations et support fondateurs
• Assister les fondateurs dans la gestion quotidienne et la coordination des projets
• Optimiser les process internes et automatisations existantes
• Participer aux échanges avec partenaires, clients et prospects
• Représenter Mailpool lors d'événements en ligne ou en présentiel
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Forte autonomie et sens des responsabilités
• Capacité à passer rapidement de l'idée à l'exécution
• Intérêt réel pour le marketing, la growth et les produits SaaS
• Très bonne compréhension du cold email, de ses contraintes et bonnes pratiques
• Esprit analytique, structuré et orienté résultats
• Excellente communication écrite et orale (en anglais et si possible en français)
Une expérience en SaaS, growth ou marketing d'au moins 2 ans est requise.

Mailpool is a SaaS solution specialized in building and managing cold email infrastructure. The platform simplifies domain setup, DNS configuration, inbox creation, and integrations with outreach tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, and others.
Mailpool serves lead generation agencies, sales teams, and GTM experts who want to run campaigns at scale while protecting their deliverability.

Mailpool is in an acceleration phase and currently serves more than 3,000 customers.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a versatile profile, focused on marketing and growth, with a strong execution mindset, to become the right hand of the founders.
This is a cross functional role, very close to product, marketing, and strategy. You will work where impact is highest, with a high level of autonomy.
YOUR MISSIONS
Strategy and leadership
• Work directly with the founders on marketing and growth strategy
• Analyze acquisition performance and propose clear action plans
• Help structure priorities, processes, and tools
• Contribute to strategic materials, decks, market analysis, and positioning
Growth and acquisition
• Design, launch, and manage multi-platform advertising campaigns
• Build and optimize multichannel outreach campaigns
• Define and execute the SEO and GEO strategy, content briefs, and ranking opportunities
• Structure CRM and email automations
• Identify, activate, and manage marketing partnerships and collaborations
• Analyze data, measure performance, and continuously improve results
Operations and founder support
• Support founders in daily management and project coordination
• Optimize internal processes and existing automations
• Take part in discussions with partners, customers, and prospects
• Represent Mailpool at online and in person events
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Strong autonomy and sense of ownership
• Ability to move quickly from idea to execution
• Genuine interest in marketing, growth, and SaaS products
• Strong understanding of cold email, its constraints, and best practices
• Analytical, structured, and results oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus
2+ years of experience in SaaS, growth, or marketing is required.
