Your goal is simple but ambitious: make Pepe Chicken the undisputed leader of the digital-first QSR space.The Scope: What You Will OwnStrategic Roadmap: Define the 12–24 month vision for Pepe Chicken alongside the creator team. You'll translate high-level brand goals into actionable, quarterly commercial milestones.The Growth Engine: Design and execute multi-channel marketing plans that drive "Orders Per Kitchen" (OPK). You'll balance aggressive customer acquisition with sustainable retention.Performance Optimization: This means optimizing pricing tiers, A/B testing promotions, and making successful the "Innovation Funnel" for LTOs.Marketplace Dominance: mastering the algorithms of Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.Creator Relationship: Manage the strategic relationship with our creator team.P&L Stewardship: You own the unit economics.
