ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Sales & Customer Care Specialist
LOCATION: Paris (hybrid)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: One-year fixed term to start with, full time
SALARY RANGE: € €32.000 gross/year
What you'll do:Sales, sales, sales: first and foremost, you're primary task is hunting and converting leads through any means possible, performing both inbound sales activities as well as outbound ones;
You'll be the point of contact for our WeRoaders and will be in contact with them through all major Sales channels (Facebook, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone, and more);
You'll keep the sales process organized by maintaining and updating an efficient sales pipeline and record of interaction with customers;
You'll be an expert on all of our adventures, able to give tailored advice to customers who are looking for support in finding and ultimately booking the perfect tour;
You'll be the point person for pre and post tour operations and care;
You'll support our WeRoaders in case of complaints or any kind of assistance.
What we're looking for:
French: you're a native speaker or have native-level fluency;
You have 1-2 years experience in B2C sales and/or customer facing roles;
You have a hunger for sales/leads hunting;
You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
You are highly enthusiastic: an all-star motivator and communicator, able to transmit your energy and personality into your online, written, and face-to-face interactions;
You are ambitious: you love having a target to reach and exceed and are self-motivated to achieve results;
You love traveling, learning, and meeting new people - i.e. you have the WeRoad spirit
