Rejoignez Dojo dans sa mission visant à devenir le fournisseur de services de paiement le plus fiable pour les entreprises indépendantes. En tant que responsable commercial régional, basé dans notre bureau de Paris ou travaillant à distance, vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans le développement et l'accélération de la croissance de nos ventes sur le terrain dans votre région. Ce poste est essentiel, car il est le fer de lance de notre expansion sur le marché français, marquant la première étape de notre lancement à l'échelle européenne.
Sous la responsabilité du directeur général pour la France, vous constituerez et dirigerez une équipe de consultants en paiement pour notre canal indirect, en façonnant leur succès et en ouvrant la voie à l'impact de Dojo sur les entreprises à travers la France. Ce poste revêt une importance considérable, car il nous permet de nous implanter sur ce marché clé et de jeter les bases de notre succès continu dans les prochains sites européens.
Vos missions...
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre notre stratégie commerciale sur le terrain : Prendre en charge l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de vente efficaces sur le terrain afin de stimuler la croissance et d'atteindre les objectifs.
- Constituer une équipe de consultants commerciaux indépendants : recruter, former et gérer une équipe hautement performante afin de garantir des résultats exceptionnels.
- Obtenir des performances et des résultats exceptionnels : définir et contrôler les indicateurs de performance, fournir des conseils et un soutien afin de garantir que l'équipe dépasse ses objectifs.
- Contribuer à des initiatives transversales : agir comme un lien essentiel entre les équipes internes et le terrain, en promouvant une culture d'excellence et de collaboration.
- Soutenir l'équipe chargée des partenariats afin de maximiser les opportunités commerciales et d'aligner leurs efforts sur la stratégie commerciale globale.
Ce que vous apporterez...
- Expérience dans le secteur des paiements par carte : expérience avérée dans le secteur des paiements par carte.
- Expérience sur le terrain et en tant que consultant en paiement : expérience pratique sur le terrain en collaboration avec des consultants en paiement.
- Expérience en tant que responsable sur le terrain ou consultant : succès avéré en tant que responsable commercial sur le terrain ou consultant dans le secteur des paiements.
- Capacité avérée à mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales : expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre réussie de stratégies commerciales sur des marchés hautement concurrentiels.
- Compétences en matière de leadership motivant : capacité à motiver et à gérer efficacement des équipes, même dans des environnements de travail à distance.
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles : excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de création de relations pour collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et interfonctionnelles.
