Vos missions
Description du Poste :
En tant que stagiaire en Customer Success Manager, vous aurez l'opportunité de vous immerger dans le monde passionnant de la gestion de la relation client. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs de notre Startup pour garantir la satisfaction et la fidélité de nos clients.
Vos responsabilités incluront, sans s'y limiter :
Assister à la mise en place et à l'exécution de stratégies de succès client.
Communiquer de manière proactive avec nos utilisateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs préoccupations.
Identifier les opportunités de upselling et de cross-selling en comprenant les besoins des clients.
Suivre et analyser les métriques de performance pour évaluer la satisfaction client et proposer des améliorations.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière efficace et efficiente.
Participer à la création de contenu et de ressources pour soutenir nos utilisateurs dans leur utilisation de notre solution
Vos compétences
Profile recherché :
Étudiant(e) en fin d'études, idéalement avec une spécialisation en management, marketing ou relation client.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre collaboratif de l'équipe.
Forte orientation client et sens du service.
Capacité d'analyse et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) est un plus.
