We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Infios, a leading provider of innovative supply chain software solutions.
You will be responsible for driving all our sales-related activities in France and delivering predictable country-level performance. You will coordinate the sales process, drive your team's behavior towards securing new business and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain operations and a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software.
What a day in life of looks like:Lead, mentor and develop the sales team, providing continuous coaching, training, and support to strengthen skills and ensure individual and collective target achievement.
Design and execute strategic sales plans to drive regional revenue growth , owning country‑level revenue, pipeline, forecast, and territory execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders , delivering tailored solution presentations and negotiating contracts that deliver mutual value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and provide feedback to enhance products and services.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities, ensure effective solution positioning and underpin planning activities.
Monitor and report on sales performance and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs in a reliable, repeatable fashion.
Run front-line team meeting cadences and conduct deal inspections which continuously reinforce sales processes, hygiene, and standards in region.
Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
15+ years' sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within supply chain software, SaaS or technology.
Demonstrated success in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
Knowledge of supply chain execution processes and challenges would be a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluent in French and English
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, Highspot).
