Regional Sales Director - EMEA south Must speak French fluentlyLocation: France - Fully remoteSalary: circa 380k Euros OTE (split 50/50) + RSU's - negotiablePGS are delighted to be retained for the hiring of a Regional Sales Director - EMEA South for a leading global ECM solutions Provider.The Director Regional Sales will lead the clients sales efforts in the assigned region. This role creates and executes effective business strategies to obtain revenue and profit goals for the region while increasing market share.Skills Required:Fluent in FrenchEnterprise software sales backgroundExperience in building a territory for technology companiesExperience in Software / SaaS industry sales managementSoftware / Saas industry sales backgroundResponsibilitiesAccomplish Revenue and profit goalsManagement of a regional P&LAccomplish revenue goalsRecruit, Retain and Develop team members (team size currently 8 across France and Spain)Develop and execute the business plan for the region applying the appropriate GTM strategies for each target countryDrive CRM usage among the team to deliver automation and efficiencies to sales people, streamlined dashboards and metrics for sales management, and revenue, pipeline and forecasting reporting to the companyRecruit, retain and train the right partners for the regionBuild and retain a positive corporate image, and create an environment that extends the company's culture to the regionMaximize customer satisfactionRepresent and advocate the region within the companyEnsure corporate reporting tools and processes are used on a timely basis
