What You'll Be Doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Support Apprentice within our Corpay division. This position falls under our PayByPhone line of business and is in Boulogne-Bilancourt, France.
In this role, you will work answer the client ops requests, support the technical operational tasks such as tariff changes, and manage technical operation project.

How We Work
As a Client Support Apprentice, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
- Support all back-office requests such as managing the vendor list which will include, creating and maintaining client calendars, setting up new clients and creating new locations and rate, managing tariff changes and promotions for existing clients.
- Manage 3rd parties' integrations
- Work with the dev and prod teams in raising tickets and big fixes
- Liaise with product managers to ensure tickets are prioritized and completed in a timely manner with any issues escalated via the appropriate channels.
- Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are documented and updated including any supporting documentation.
- Getting involved and supporting other technical operational projects (rates migration, implement new supplier or new integration)
- You will have the opportunity to excel your customer skills by attending client meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- Educated to degree level
- Able to prioritize, manage and track multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to decipher complex problems and be creative to find solutions.
- Time management and attention to detail is crucial
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- The ability to gather, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of working with Confluence, Jira and project management tools.
- Understanding of web-based technologies such as API's, Integrations and basic HTML code.
