Job Summary

Take up the challenges of your future clients in the deployment of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket..)

Take on new challenges by supporting our clients in the deployment and optimization of Atlassian solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand and advise: Analyze client needs, provide recommendations, and conduct technical and functional audits.
• Implement solutions: Configure and integrate Atlassian applications based on client requirements.
• Support change: Lead deployment projects, ensure user adoption, and deliver training sessions.

As an ITSM Advocate, apply ITIL best practices to design and implement efficient ITSM processe & Contribute to our internal and external communications (blog posts, events, conferences) to promote Atlassian and ITSM solutions.

Do you have what it takes to be a Consultant?

To be really comfortable in this role, you need to have some experience in consulting, customer support, software development or technical pre-sales.

A 4/5 year degree in computer science is imperative to be able to handle the technical side of the job on your own.

Good command of English is imperative and believe us if we tell you, you will really need it

You need to be fluent in french too

And to perfectly embody this role, the soft skills expected are :

You have minimum 7y of experience in ITSM or ESM mission by implementing solutions as JSM, SNOW, BMC REmedy...

To be able to advise clients well, you need to know how to listen, use kindness and pragmatism to guide them in their choices.

Of course, you must have customer satisfaction at heart.

The variety of clients, sectors and therefore problems will require autonomy, initiative, a touch of organisation and a good handful of curiosity
