Grocery Store Team Member – (Full-time)
Rose Bakery is an international, British–French business dedicated to quality, simplicity, and good food. Our grocery shop is at the heart of what we do: connecting our restaurants and our customers with the best produce.
We are looking for a thoughtful, motivated person to join our team as a shopkeeper. The role involves receiving and organising fresh fruit, vegetables, and groceries, creating welcoming displays, and helping customers find what they need. Physical work and attention to detail are important, as is a genuine interest in quality food.
You will be expected to:
- Receive and unpack daily deliveries, lifting and moving heavy produce.
- Keep the shop clean and organised with care.
- Arrange fresh displays simply and beautifully.
- Advise and assist customers with a warm, friendly manner.
- Take initiative, and help improve how we present and sell our products.
We are looking for:
- Someone reliable, organised, and proactive.
- An appreciation for good food and simple presentation.
- Comfort with physical tasks and working in a small team.
- Ability to work weekends
- French and English language skills would be ideal.

Vendeur(se) en épicerie (Temps plein)
Rose Bakery est une maison franco-britannique reconnue pour la qualité et la simplicité de sa cuisine. Notre épicerie est au cœur de notre démarche : relier nos restaurants et notre clientèle aux meilleurs produits.
Nous recherchons une personne motivée, attentive, pour rejoindre notre équipe comme vendeur(se). Le poste consiste à recevoir et organiser fruits, légumes et épicerie, à imaginer de jolis étalages, et à conseiller la clientèle. Le travail physique et le souci du détail sont essentiels, tout comme un véritable intérêt pour le bon produit.
Vos missions :
- Réceptionner et ranger les arrivages quotidiens, porter et déplacer la marchandise lourde.
- Garder la boutique propre et organisée avec soin.
- Mettre en place des présentations simples et attrayantes.
- Accueillir, renseigner et conseiller la clientèle avec gentillesse.
- Prendre des initiatives, participer à perfectionner nos mises en avant et nos ventes.
Profil recherché :
- Fiable, organisé(e), force de proposition.
- Sensible à la qualité, à la simplicité, et à la bonne cuisine.
- A l'aise avec le travail physique et en petite équipe.
- Disponible certains week-ends ; maîtrise du français et de l'anglais appréciée.
