Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear deliverables.
- Support process reviews, workflows, and testing activities.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams during the migration.
Requirements
Top 3 Must Haves:
- Experience in BA role in large system migration processes
- banking, financial services, or credit union experience/ Experience with LOS systems
- Knowledge of BA best practices
Nice To Have
Banking, financial services, or credit union experience highly preferred
