Mission
Vos missions principales :
Développement Commercial
- Élaborer et négocier les contrats cadres et partenariats.
- Identifier les opportunités sur les marchés locaux, nationaux et internationaux.
- Prospecter et fidéliser la clientèle affaires et loisirs.
Gestion des Séminaires & Banquets
- Concevoir et vendre des offres sur mesure pour événements professionnels et privés.
- Assurer la coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir la qualité des prestations dans le respect des standards de la Marque Novotel.
Supervision des réservations en coordination avec le Front Office
- Encadrer l'agent de réservation individuelle et groupes loisirs.
- Optimiser le taux de conversion et la satisfaction client.
Marketing & Digital
- Animer le calendrier des offres promotionnelles tous canaux.
- Assurer la mise à jour des vitrines web.
- Animer les réseaux sociaux.
- Suivre la performance des campagnes digitales et proposer des améliorations.
Reporting & Analyse
- Suivre les KPI.
- Élaborer et suivre les objectifs budgétaires fixés en collaboration avec le Revenue Manager.
- Participer aux réunions RM pour ajuster la stratégie tarifaire et commerciale.
- Analyser les écarts et proposer des plans d'action correctifs.
Profile
Compétences requises :
- Expertise en ventes hôtelières (MICE & loisirs).
- Maîtrise des outils CRM, PMS, Channel Manager, Accor.
- Compétences en marketing digital et social media.
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et négociation.
- Anglais courant.
