Nous sommes des consultants qui vivent et respirent ce que nous faisons Nous sommes déterminés à réaliser le meilleur travail possible pour cultiver des relations durables avec nos candidats et nos clients.Description En postulant à cette offre, vous aurez l'opportunité de rejoindre la première recrue commerciale d'une entreprise innovante dans le secteur des solutions technologiques visant à optimiser la performance des marques sur les nouveaux canaux de distribution basés sur l'IA (AI Search, LLMs).

L'entreprise, fondée par des entrepreneurs à succès (Bankin', ), est soutenue par des VCs de renom et compte déjà des clients majeurs tels que Lacoste, Edenred, et JLL. Elle recherche son/sa premier/ère AI Automation Engineer pour accélérer l'adoption mondiale de sa plateforme, structurer sa stratégie Go-To-Market (GTM) et établir l'optimisation de l'AI Search comme une discipline incontournable pour les équipes Marketing et Growth.

Vos missions si vous les acceptez :

- Collaborer avec chaque département pour cartographier les flux de travail et identifier les opportunités d'automatisation à fort levier
- Concevoir, construire et opérer des agents IA, des outils internes et des workflows scriptés (Python ou TypeScript)
- Assurer la livraison complète des projets (du scope au déploiement et monitoring) avec une grande autonomie
- Garantir la robustesse, la performance et la qualité des agents déployés
- Contribuer à la création du "playbook" IA interne et aux outils pour élever la productivité de toute l'entrepriseExigences Et vous ?

- Vous justifiez de 3 à 6 ans d'expérience minimum (hors stage/alternance) en conseil data, IT ou en startup/scale-up
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Python ou TypeScript ainsi que les écosystèmes LLM (APIs Vertex, OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Vous avez une solide compréhension des Embeddings, Vector stores et des architectures RAG
- Vous êtes un "builder" structuré, capable de prototyper vite et d'itérer en fonction des données
- Vous avez un excellent niveau de vulgarisation et savez rendre des comptes (monitoring)
- Vous parlez couramment anglais et comprenez le français
- Vous avez un véritable mindset entrepreneurial et prenez plaisir à travailler au bureau (présentiel privilégié à Paris)Avantages Il en faut plus pour vous convaincre ?
