Votre mission ? Structurer et piloter le
Revenue Engine
(Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) pour maximiser la performance et la prévisibilité du business.

catalyseur de performance du go-to-market
de Combo en garantissant :

pilotage clair et orienté résultats
Objectif :
Plus d'ARR, moins de CAC, une meilleure prévisibilité.
Vos responsabilités
- Encadrer et développer l'équipe Ops (2 personnes) en collaboration directe avec le Chief Growth Officer, en instaurant une culture orientée efficacité
- Mettre en place et documenter les process Revenue, gérer les automatisations et garantir la fiabilité des données CRM/CSM.
- Piloter Salesforce, Planhat et les outils associés, corriger les frictions du funnel et optimiser le fonctionnement.
- Construire des dashboards clés, analyser la performance pour fournir des insights au COMEX et contribuer aux prévisions et modèles ARR/CAC.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Sales, Marketing, AM, CSM et Finance pour aligner besoins métiers et capacités opérationnelles.
Profil recherché
- 5+ ans en Operations (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops), idéalement en SaaS B2B
- Première expérience managériale requise
- Bonne connaissance de l'environnement Salesforce
- Anglais courant
