Your mission

KITRO is looking for an ambitious Brand & Content Manager to become the voice, storyteller, and guardian of our brand. In this role, you will craft and deliver compelling messaging and content that bring our mission to life. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will own content creation and distribution across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects KITRO's values and our ambition to lead the sustainability and hospitality tech space. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.

Your profile

Responsibilities

Brand:

  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to monitor trends in sustainability, food waste management, and hospitality technology.
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that positions Kitro as the superior food waste management solution globally.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels and materials.
  • Own and update brand guidelines, and create templates and assets used across the company.

Content:

  • Develop and implement content initiatives aligned with brand positioning and commercial goals.
  • Research, write, and edit content across formats: including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, scripts, customer documentation, and more.
  • Coordinate with external & internal creative partners (designers, photographers, videographers) to produce brand assets.
  • Manage content distribution across all channels:
    • website
    • social media (LinkedIn & Instagram): content, scheduling and community engagement
    • paid media (in collaboration with the Growth & CRM Manager)
    • newsletters
    • PR (in collaboration with an agency)
    • events
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Languages: DE, EN, FR (or ES) is a MUST.
  • Great project management skills, great communicator, extrem attention to detail to the level of spotting double spaces.
  • Independence, proactivity, taking ownership and curiosity to improve processes and existing documentation.
  • Knowledge of Framer (CMS).
