FrenchFounders renforce son équipe Business Solutions pour soutenir sa croissance en France (EMEA) et accompagner la montée en puissance du pôle commercial dans les prochains mois.

En tant qu'Account Executive Senior, vous serez responsable de tout le cycle commercial: de l'identification d'opportunités à la signature. Votre mission : développer le portefeuille de partenaires, structurer des propositions sur-mesure, et porter les objectifs de croissance du pôle Business Solutions.
Vos responsabilités

Développement commercial & closing

  • Gérer de bout en bout le cycle de vente (prospection → discovery → négociation → closing).

  • Travailler des deals stratégiques en moyenne / longue durée auprès d'interlocuteurs C-level (CEO, CMO, CROs…).

  • Construire des propositions adaptées aux enjeux business de nos prospects (programmes Retail, CFO, EMEA/US…).

  • Driver un pipeline qualifié, prioriser les comptes à fort potentiel, maîtriser les timelines.

Pilotage du revenu

  • Atteindre (et dépasser) les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires trimestriels et annuels.

  • Structurer les deals et défendre la valeur

  • Rapporter avec précision le forecast, les avancées pipeline, les risques/opportunités.

Collaboration & leadership commercial

  • Travailler main dans la main avec l'équipe Account Management et Club, et la direction.

  • Être force de proposition dans l'évolution de l'offre, du pitch commercial et des process Sales.

Représentation & networking

  • Participer aux événements, dîners, clubs et activations sectorielles pour générer des leads qualifiés.

  • Représenter FrenchFounders auprès d'acteurs clés du Retail, e-commerce, Tech/SaaS et Fintech.
