Invisible Collection recherche un(e) stagiaire Gallery & Events Assistant, pour aider à la coordination des évènements et partenariats et pour accueillir les clients au sein de sa Galerie située au 20 rue Amélie à Paris. L'ensemble de ces missions se fera en lien avec le siège basé à Londres. Ce stage est une opportunité de rejoindre une aventure enrichissante et stimulante au sein d'une équipe internationale.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

1. Participer à la vente et au marketing des objets, meubles et œuvres présentés rue Amélie

  • Veillez au maintien de l'image de marque d'Invisible Collection au sein de la galerie : tenue du lieu, organisation des rdvs clients en lien avec l'équipe commerciale.

  • Accueil des visiteurs, professionnels du design, et clients particuliers.

  • Mise à jour du calendrier du galerie.

  • Mise à jour du fichier contact.

  • Organisation de la bibliothèque d'échantillons de matériaux

  • Préparation des échantillons et envois aux clients en lien avec l'équipe commerciale

  • Veillez à l'impact des évènements en respectant les objectifs d'impact environnemental et social d'Invisible Collection.

2. Participer à l'organisation des évènements et des expositions

  • Coordination opérationnelle de la galerie et de l'installation des nouvelles expositions en lien avec les designers et l'équipe marketing

  • Sélection et des prestataires sur le terrain

  • Coordination avec l'équipe logistique

  • Suivi des coûts

  • Edition et mise à jour des supports de communication : catalogue et présentations clients
