Le rôle

Nous recrutons un(e) Sales & Partnerships Manager, afin d'assurer la qualité de la relation avec nos partenaires. Ce poste est centré sur la gestion, l'animation et la fidélisation d'un portefeuille d'agences partenaires, en France et à l'international.

Missions principales

1. Gestion & animation du réseau d'agences
  • Gérer un portefeuille d'agences de voyage, DMC et conciergeries partenaires

  • Suivre & atteindre les objectifs fixés

  • Assurer une relation régulière et qualitative : échanges, suivi, mise à jour des offres et disponibilités

  • Accompagner les partenaires dans la bonne compréhension des maisons, des services et des usages

  • Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction et de confiance dans la durée

  • Animer et développer la relation partenaires à travers des actions commerciales ciblées en France et à l'international : organisation de Fam Trips, déplacements en sales calls, participation à des salons professionnels…

2. Suivi commercial & ventes
  • Qualifier et traiter les demandes entrantes du réseau d'agences, en assurant ponctuellement la continuité de service via le dispositif d'astreinte

  • Élaborer les propositions commerciales adaptées aux besoins clients

  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à confirmation (conditions, paiements, coordination interne)

  • Garantir la performance commerciale du portefeuille et le développement du repeat business

3. Coordination interne & pilotage
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (House Managers, Opérations)

  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des opportunités, réservations et partenaires dans HubSpot

  • Mettre à jour les informations partenaires et contribuer à la fiabilité des données

  • Remonter les retours terrain et insights partenaires pour nourrir l'amélioration continue
