Chez Dealt, on transforme la manière dont les enseignes retail et e-commerce créent de la valeur.

Notre plateforme SaaS en marque blanche permet à des acteurs comme Fnac-Darty, Boulanger, Truffaut, E.Leclerc ou Orange de piloter leurs services à domicile (livraison, installation, réparation) et leurs offres d'assurance produits (biens uniques ou garantie foyer).

Objectif : générer de nouveaux revenus, améliorer la marge, et fidéliser les clients.

Le retail ne peut plus se contenter de vendre des produits. La bataille se joue désormais sur les services et l'assurance.

C'est l que tu interviens.

Ton rôle

En tant que Key Account Executive, tu seras un acteur central de notre croissance. Ta mission : convaincre et closer les plus grands retailers et e-commerçants français en leur démontrant que Dealt est la clé de leur stratégie servicielle et de fidélisation.

Tes missions
  • Évangéliser le marché : incarner notre vision et expliquer pourquoi les services sont devenus stratégiques pour le retail.

  • Chasser et closer : cibler et convaincre les grands comptes (retailers, e-commerçants) dans les secteurs du bricolage, ameublement, multimédia, jardinage, télécom.

  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet : prospection, qualification, réponse aux appels d'offres, négociation et closing avec les C-level (CEO, DG, CDO, CXO).

  • Établir des relations de confiance de haut niveau : devenir un partenaire stratégique des directions générales.

  • Collaborer en interne : travailler avec l'équipe Growth (lead gen), le Produit (remontées marché) et accompagner le CEO sur des deals stratégiques.

  • Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale : affiner nos process de vente, nos présentations et notre offre pour accélérer la signature de nouveaux logos.
