**Nature and aim of the position**
The KAM I.A. is responsible for managing and developing assigned merchants’ portfolio for Tax Free Shopping, Payment and Post Purchase, and to gain assigned new business accounts.
- Key responsibilities : _
- Retention and development of existing clients
- Drawing up a specific sales/development strategy for each key account
- Contract renewal
- Regular meetings / Business review
- Customer satisfaction monitoring
- Anomaly management
- New business
- Implement a strategy for approaching prospects targeted in the corporate action plan, in collaboration with sales management
- Responding to calls for tender
- Negotiate commercial offers and contracts

**Who You Will Collaborate With**
You will report to the Head of KAM I.A. and work closely with 3 Key Account Managers in your team
**Background and Skills**
- University degree is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt your presentation to the needs and profiles of your customers or prospects
- Good communicator and negotiator
- Excellent presentation skills
- Results-oriented
- Very good organization and rigor
- Spirit of synthesis
- 1-2 years of B2B experience in Retail industry is required
- English and French: complete proficiency required
- Proficiency required in PowerPoint and Excel
- Salesforce is a plus
**Package**
- Fixed salary (starting 58K€) + 25% yearly bonus + profit-sharing compensation
- Hunting Bonus for every new customer you win
- Full-time permanent position
- Executive status with 11 RTT

- Luncheon voucher: €10 (including €4.10 employee contribution)
- 5-seater company vehicle + business expenses / meal vouchers / health insurance
- Home Office 2 days a week
