Missions principales :
chargé.e de production événementiel assure la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des événements. est garan.e du bon déroulement logistique et technique des projets, dans le respect des délais, des budgets, et de la qualité attendue.
1. Préparation et coordination de la production :
-Participer activement aux briefs avec les account managers pour comprendre les objectifs et les contraintes du client.
-Participer activement à la rédaction de propositions à la demande d'un AM
-Définir les besoins logistiques, techniques et humains des événements (lieux, mobilier, traiteurs, technique, sécurité, etc.).
-Établir les plannings de production et les rétroplannings.
-Suivre les deals et rédiger les briefs.
2. Gestion des prestataires :
-Rechercher, sélectionner et négocier avec les prestataires (lieux, traiteurs, hôtesses, agent, régisseurs, intervenants etc.).
-Rédiger les briefs / cahier des charges techniques.
-Coordonner les prestataires en amont et pendant l'événement.
-Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des conseils des équipes transverses
3. Suivi budgétaire :
**-**Veiller au respect du budget production
-Gérer les devis, bons de commande, factures et reportings financiers des prestataires
-Veiller à l'optimisation des coûts sans compromettre la qualité
4. Présence terrain & coordination :
-Assurer le suivi et l'astreinte terrain lors des montages, événements et démontages
-Être l'interlocuteur clé pour les prestataires et les équipes sur place
-Réagir efficacement aux imprévus
