Expert(e) de la solution et de ses cas d'usages, vous travaillez main dans la main avec l'équipe commerciale pour supporter les discussions avec les prospects d'un point de vue technique & fonctionnel.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Organiser, préparer et conduire les ateliers de pré-cadrage dans le cadre des discussions commerciales
  • Analyser les données métier fournies par nos prospects pour proposer les solutions Winddle les plus pertinentes
  • Construire et présenter des démonstrations personnalisées correspondant aux attentes du client
  • Répondre efficacement aux appels d'offres
  • Apporter un support fonctionnel et technique à l'équipe commerciale pour les questions des prospects
  • Elaborer les offres techniques (solutions, chiffrage…)
  • Participer à la construction d'outils (présentations, maquettes standards, documents…)
  • Assurer une veille technologique auprès des prospects et faire remonter les informations auprès des services techniques et de la direction produit
  • Participer à des salons professionnels, conférences…
  • Transmettre les besoins clients identifiés en avant-vente à l'équipe projet, et veiller à la réalisation d'un cadrage aligné avec les cas d'usages annoncés
