 based in Biarritz on the Basque coast, is a software publisher specializing in cybersecurity solutions to protect access to networks, data, and the cloud. To support our fast growth, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Customer Success Team based at our headquarters near Biarritz, France.

OVERVIEW

You will drive the renewal process for IS Decisions customers worldwide, driving retention, expansion, and maximizing product adoption to deliver outstanding customer success.

REQUIREMENTS

·       A bilingual knowledge of English.

· years of experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles in enterprise SaaS (IT sector preferred).

·       Show working knowledge and experience with Hubspot to effectively manage customer accounts, track health metrics, and forecast renewals.

· Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts, prioritize effectively, and achieve success metrics.

·       Self-motivated and a self-starter who always strives to improve.

Other desired experiences:

·       Spanish Language

·       Subscription experience in a high-growth SaaS company

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Own customer renewals and retention
    , ensuring renewals are anticipated, smooth, and predictable.
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities
     aligned with customer needs and goals.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and health
    , proactively anticipating churn risks and implementing preventive actions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, and Pre-Sales teams
     to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable CRM data and reporting
     to support performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Contribute to customer advocacy
    , including testimonials, reviews, and case studies.
  • Contribute to achieve monthly and annual revenue objectives
    .
