Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puteaux for a Pricing & Access Director at Recordati. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and executing pricing and market access strategies to optimize product market entry and reimbursement outcomes. The Pricing & Access Director will analyze pricing trends, engage with stakeholders, lead initiatives to secure market access, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners will be a core element of this role to achieve strategic business goals in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Pricing Strategies and Market Access processes.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis, assess market trends, and prepare effective pricing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning with a deep understanding of healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in business and financial analytics, as well as relevant technological tools.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar credentials is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural, and collaborative environments.
