Tremau is a Trust & Safety solutions provider based in Paris, whose mission it is to make the digital world safe & beneficial for all. We do so by enabling online services to better protect their users while staying compliant with rapidly evolving regulations worldwide through a mix of tailored moderation products (Nima) and services.

Most of our clients are global online platforms and service providers. We provide an intelligent SaaS product that leverages AI to help platforms manage and govern user-generated content in compliance with digital regulations and we deliver advisory services to help platforms in their Trust & Safety operations.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and play a key role in building Tremau's sales pipeline, focusing on the top of the funnel for our B2B SaaS product. You'll be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification—helping us expand our client base among major online platforms and scaling SaaS revenues. This is a hands-on role where you will combine client-facing interactions with operational sales tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Sales in driving top-of-funnel activity for Tremau's SaaS product.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong fit and readiness.
  • Schedule and prepare meetings for the Head of Sales and senior team.
  • Represent Tremau in initial client-facing conversations when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Track activity and results in our CRM and contribute to pipeline reporting.

What we are looking for

  • A few years of relevant experience in sales development, business development, or a related role in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable reaching out via phone, email, or social channels.
  • Ability to manage prospecting tools, CRMs, and outreach automation platforms.
  • A proactive, "doer" mindset—willing to roll up your sleeves and get the legwork done.
  • Curiosity about Trust & Safety, content moderation, and platform regulation is a plus.
  • Location: remote, ideally within or near the Paris time-zone, but flexible for the right candidate.
