The opportunity 

As a Sales Development Representative (all genders) in our Corporate Sales Team you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers who are interested in a partnership with us. Join our team and help us continue to inspire people to live active and healthy lives.

What you will do
You advise new B2B customers on the phone as the first point of contactYou identify customer needs and qualify leads from inbound, outbound, and marketing campaignsYou build and expand your own lead pipeline through active outbound activities (phone, email, social media, network)You prepare appointments for your colleagues in salesYou document and maintain our CRM databaseYou participate in industry and networking events to expand your network and increase company awarenessWhat you will need to succeed
You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development form the basis of your expertiseExcellent communication in German, both written and spoken, comes naturally to youYou bring natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic demeanor help you connect with customersStrong organization and reliable time management enable you to prioritize effectivelyYou are a true team player, you take responsibility, show empathy, and enjoy sharing your knowledgeYou bring high motivation, perseverance, and eagerness to learn drive you to grow every dayOur offer to you
