Nordson Packaging , a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Sales Engineer to join our team in France - remote . To be centrally located and close to our clients, you ideally reside in the Bordeaux area . Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new key accounts in alignment with company objectives.
  • Expand business with existing clients by promoting additional products and applications.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific account strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to promote Nordson solutions.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely delivery and support.
  • Provide market intelligence to internal teams to guide product development and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the industrial, or technical markets
  • Professional English and French language skills are a must have.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling)

Travel

  • 70% travelling incl. regular overnight stays (weekly 1-2)
