Description du poste

Dans le cadre de ses activités, l'ingénieur en gestion de projet aura pour mission de
coordonner et soutenir l'ensemble des actions liées à la certification et à la conformité réglementaire
, en particulier l'obtention de la notation
Green Passport EU
auprès de la société de classification concernée.

Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec différents intervenants internes et externes afin d'assurer le respect des exigences techniques et réglementaires du projet.

Missions principales :

1. Coordination du Green Passport EU

  • Préparer le
    scope of work
    en conformité avec la norme NR528.
  • Participer aux réunions techniques avec les prestataires et rédiger les
    Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE)
    .
  • Coordonner la préparation et la soumission du dossier
    Green Passport EU
    en lien avec la société de classification.
  • Collaborer avec l'entreprise de services chargée de compiler la documentation.
  • Suivre l'avancement des livrables et garantir leur transmission dans les délais impartis.

2. Suivi de la certification tierce partie

  • Assister le responsable
    Class & Certification
    dans les échanges avec les sociétés de classification et organismes notifiés.
  • Assurer le suivi des livrables de certification, des plannings d'inspection et des points de contrôle.
  • Tenir à jour les registres relatifs à l'état d'avancement des certifications et à la documentation associée.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de suivi de certification.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la
    certification, classification ou conformité réglementaire
    pour des projets offshore.
  • Connaissance des exigences liées au
    Green Passport
    , à l'
    Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM)
    ou expérience de travail avec des sociétés de classification (BV, DNV, etc.).
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs interlocuteurs et à assurer la coordination technique entre différentes parties prenantes.
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et aptitude à suivre les processus de certification complexes.
  • Excellent niveau de communication, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Compétences requises :

  • Maîtrise des outils de suivi documentaire et de gestion de certification.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en gestion de parties prenantes.
  • Bonne compréhension des standards et référentiels applicables aux projets industriels/offshore.
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable.
