The platform also allows seamless integration into client ecosystems, ensuring a smoother and more efficient supply chain process.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, where the Head of Operations will work in Paris with flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Operations will oversee and enhance operational processes, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and improving efficiency. The role involves managing diverse teams, developing performance metrics, and fostering collaboration to promote organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate strategies and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in Freight Audit
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess workflows, optimize performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Additional experience in supply chain operations or logistics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in working with data-driven tools and platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
