The fund is committed to developing future hedge fund leaders through hands-on portfolio management, quantitative research, and live market analysis. Role Description

As Head of Private Credit, you'll lead the Credit & Special Situations Group (SSG), focusing on high-yield, leveraged loans, distressed debt, and structured credit opportunities. This role bridges public and private markets, combining credit analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio hedging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and structure private credit and special-situations opportunities.
  • Lead credit modeling and waterfall recovery analyses for deal assessment.
  • Maintain a three-tier watchlist (actionable, monitor, educate) and weekly pipeline updates.
  • Prepare Investment Committee memos summarizing IRR sensitivity and downside scenarios.

Ideal Profile

  • Deep interest in credit markets, leveraged finance, and distressed investing.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation methods.
  • Understanding of corporate balance sheets, covenants, and capital structures.
  • Leadership mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
