Rattaché.e à l'équipe Sales & Partnerships qui est responsable de la monétisation de Jow, tu rejoindras l'équipe Campaign Management qui a pour mission principale la gestion, le suivi et l'analyse des campagnes signées avec nos partenaires marques. En binôme avec un Business Partner sur chaque campagne, le Campaign Manager apporte au quotidien son expertise sur toutes les étapes stratégiques du lancement et du suivi de la campagne, jusqu'au reporting final.

Ces campagnes peuvent prendre la forme de création de contenus, de dispositifs de boost des produits, d'opérations promotionnelles, etc..

Nos clients sont des marques de grande consommation, dont les produits sont distribués chez nos enseignes partenaires.

  • Tu seras le lien entre les différentes parties prenantes de la campagne, qu'elles soient internes (Food/Studio/Tech/CRM) ou externes (partenaires/agences média/cabinets de conseil en e-commerce, etc).

  • Tu seras garant.e de la qualité de ces campagnes

  • Tu joueras un rôle clé dans la valorisation de l'offre B2B et de la croissance de Jow.

  • Tu rejoindras une start-up en plein essor, solidement soutenue par des investisseurs prestigieux.

Tes missions principales  :

  • Comprendre l'activité, les objectifs et la maturité des clients pour chaque campagne que tu piloteras

  • Assurer le suivi des campagnes en cours : pilotage de la production des contenus, mise en ligne des différents formats sur l'app, monitoring des campagnes paid media, suivi de la performance, etc.

  • Accompagner les clients, les conseiller et les tenir informés sur toute la durée des opérations

  • Suivre les performances des campagnes, analyser les KPIs pertinents

  • Elaborer les bilans en fin d'opération

  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients sur l'ensemble des campagnes

  • Améliorer en continu les process de gestion de projet
