Vos journées sont rythmées par la planification et l'accompagnement du pilotage de projets de conseil et de formation, de leur signature à leur clôture. Vous êtes au cœur de la coordination de l'ensemble des parties prenantes d'un projet : chef·fe de projet responsable de l'expertise, consultant·es et intervenant·es, business developers, assistants administratifs et chargés d'administration des ventes. Vous êtes le garant du cadrage des missions, de l'élaboration des calendriers et plans de déploiement, du staffing des intervenant·es et du paramétrage dans les outils internes.

En lien étroit avec les clients et les équipes internes, vous assurez la bonne coordination logistique des projets : organisation des réunions de suivi, gestion des documents contractuels, envoi des questionnaires de satisfaction et formalisation des reportings. Vous veillez également à la conformité des process et à la qualité du déploiement, tout en anticipant les besoins et les risques opérationnels.

Enfin, vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client en analysant les retours et en sollicitant les parties prenantes pour la mise en place d'actions correctives. Vous jouez aussi un rôle clé dans le développement du réseau de partenaires externes (formateurs·trices, consultant·es, intervenant·es), en assurant leur sélection et leur suivi pour renforcer les capacités de déploiement des projets.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC+3 et vous disposez d'une première expérience dans l'accompagnement ou la gestion de projets.

Ce poste est intégré dans un environnement international ; votre anglais est ainsi courant en contexte professionnel.

Organisé.e et , vous gérez efficacement votre temps et vos priorités, tout en assurant une communication fluide et orientée vers la satisfaction client, afin de garantir le bon déroulement des projets.

CDI à temps plein basé à Paris 9e, à 6 min à pied de Saint-Lazare et Auber. Les locaux sont accessibles via une marche à l'entrée et disposent de deux ascenseurs.
