About the role:

The
Country Marketing Manager
for France is the local owner of marketing strategy and activation in the French market. The role defines how

myPOS

goes to market in France, shapes and localises central positioning and initiatives, and ensures that insights from the market inform central marketing, product, and commercial priorities.

The role combines strategic judgement with hands-on responsibility. It requires close alignment with central teams while maintaining clear ownership of local priorities, pilots, and performance.

What you'll do:

Field marketing and direct sales support

  • Own France-specific field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, business events, city-level activations, and targeted local programmes.
  • Ensure field activity supports direct sales objectives through clear target segments, offers, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Define market-specific lead generation inputs for direct sales, including prospecting lists and targeting criteria, informed by local knowledge and sales feedback.
  • Maintain a structured working relationship with local sales teams, feeding back insights on lead quality, objections, conversion drivers, and market signals to other teams.

Partners and resellers

  • Define the local partner and reseller marketing approach for France, aligned with regional partner strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Support partner and reseller recruitment through market-facing messaging, value propositions, and acquisition initiatives.
  • Drive partner enablement from a marketing perspective, including toolkits, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Contribute to building and sustaining partner and reseller communities through events, communications, and shared initiatives.
  • Assess partner and reseller channel performance and feed insights into prioritisation and programme development.

Go-to-market strategy and local ownership

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for France within myPOS.
  • Shape and localise central positioning, launches, and campaigns to reflect French customer needs, buying behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
  • Monitor competitors' offers, pricing signals, channels, partnerships, and messaging, and convert insights into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Own local marketing prioritisation, including budget allocation within agreed frameworks, ensuring focus on initiatives with clear commercial or market impact.
  • Initiate and run locally informed marketing pilots, using French market knowledge to identify opportunities and working with regional stakeholders on approval, measurement, and scale.
  • Provide structured market insights to central marketing and product teams, covering customer needs, acquisition barriers, messaging performance, and channel effectiveness.
  • Own the local approach to influencers and PR, in coordination with central teams and external partners where relevant.
  • Ensure accurate and timely localisation of marketing assets, content, and communications for the French market.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • At least eight years of experience in country, field, growth, or digital marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or a fast-moving technology environment.
  • Experience owning marketing at market level, including prioritisation across channels, initiatives, and audiences.
  • A strong understanding of the French SMB landscape, customer behaviour, and local media and distribution channels.
  • Experience working with direct sales teams and partner or reseller-led growth models.
  • Comfort operating in a matrix organisation with central, regional, and local stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • A disciplined, accountable working style, with sound judgement and attention to detail.

Why you should join myPOS:
