The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing the business leads as well as managing the full sales cycle of integrating the Alipay in store payments (and marketing) solutions in France.
  • Help develop partnerships with third parties with the guidance of Senior BD: brands, retailers, marketing partners (MP), sales organizations (ISO), institutions and category associations.
  • Support Establishment of media and PR presence, to promote Alipay+ Eco-system
  • Plan, coordinate and execute store visit to Alipay target stores deploying point-of-sale material, payment test and service training.
  • Collaborate with Alipay European and HQ marketing and operations/finance/compliance/ teams.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of e-commerce, mobile payments and digital platform.
  • Strong ability in communication and business development. With hunter's sales skills and pioneering spirit.
  • Working well under pressure with an ability to adapt quickly to strategic changes.
  • Be familiar with online and digital Market, their buying patterns and insight into their interests within European market, including the target merchants and the target categories.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in merchant's development. Experience with cross-regional experience is preferred.
  • Languages: French and English
