We are seeking a
Sales Specialist
for one of our clients in the cement sector in France.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily sales activities within the assigned region and ensure targets are met
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth coordination
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in preparing proposals/offers
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, operations) to ensure proper execution of orders and projects
- Report sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management
- Monitor basic market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and site visits as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cement or industrial sectors
- Experience in managing client portfolios and supporting medium-scale sales cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the regional sales strategy
- Good command of English and French; Turkish is a plus
- Must be an active driver and flexible for domestic travel
