We are seeking a
Sales Specialist
for one of our clients in the cement sector in France.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily sales activities within the assigned region and ensure targets are met
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth coordination
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in preparing proposals/offers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, operations) to ensure proper execution of orders and projects
  • Report sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management
  • Monitor basic market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic planning
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and site visits as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cement or industrial sectors
  • Experience in managing client portfolios and supporting medium-scale sales cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the regional sales strategy
  • Good command of English and French; Turkish is a plus
  • Must be an active driver and flexible for domestic travel
